Working hours: Our order processing hours are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Default carrier: Our default international carrier is DHL Express. DHL ensures that your packages are delivered safely with its efficient and reliable service.
Estimated delivery time: After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is expected to arrive at the delivery address you provided in your order within 3-5 business days.

3. Peak Season Shipping
