Default carrier: Our default international carrier is DHL Express. DHL ensures that your packages are delivered safely with its efficient and reliable service.
Estimated delivery time: After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is expected to arrive at the delivery address you provided in your order within 3-5 business days.
Disclaimer: Please note that this is an estimated delivery time. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance efficiency at the destination, weather conditions, flight schedules, etc.
3. Peak Season Shipping
During peak sales seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, etc.) or major promotional events, due to a surge in order volume, order processing and logistics delivery may experience an additional 2-3 business days of delay.

4. Special Transportation Requirements and Custom Orders
Specified courier company: If you would like to use a specific courier company other than DHL (such as FedEx, UPS, etc.), please be sure to clearly indicate this in the "Order Remarks" section when placing your order, or contact our customer service team in advance. We will do our best to meet your needs, but this may incur additional shipping costs and extend the processing time accordingly.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send you a "Shipping Confirmation" email containing your DHL tracking number.
You can click on the link in the email or go directly to the DHL official website, enter the tracking number, and check the latest status and location of your package in real time.
6. Shipping Address
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate, complete, and valid English shipping address when placing your order, and ensure that your contact number is accessible.
Any costs incurred due to delays, returns, or losses of parcels caused by incorrect, unclear, or invalid addresses or contact information provided by customers shall be borne by the customers themselves.
