1. Send Your Inquiry

Start by contacting us through our website form, email, or WhatsApp. Let us know:

Which lash styles or SKUs you're interested in

Required curl, length, thickness

Quantity needed (MOQ starts at 100 trays/style)

Packaging needs (custom logo, private label, etc.)

2. Receive Quotation & Sample

We'll reply within 24 hours with:

Detailed quotation

Shipping options

Lead time

Free or paid sample options (custom samples available)

Custom samples usually take 3–5 days to produce.

3. Confirm Order & Payment

Once you're satisfied with the samples and quote:

Confirm your order details

We'll send you a proforma invoice

Payment via T/T, PayPal, Western Union, or Alibaba Trade Assurance

For large orders, a 30% deposit is accepted with balance before shipment.

4. Production & Quality Check

Your order enters production with strict quality control at each stage.
Typical lead time:

Stock lashes: 3–7 days

Custom lashes or private label packaging: 10–20 days

5. Shipping & Tracking

Once completed, we arrange shipping by:

Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS – 5~8 days)

Air or sea freight (for large volume orders)

Tracking info will be provided immediately after dispatch.
